Pros
(All these things go for Veveo and upto some extent for Rovi/Tivo) A set of very good peers from top universities Great projects if your are not amongst unfortunate few Managers are very sharp and were involved in designing, coding activities as well Great flexibility in terms of working hours and Work from home policy Great environment for work, free food (lots of it), games etc.
Cons
A bit bureaucracy creeped in after being merged with Tivo Focus shifting from innovation and quality to more process oriented HR practices, especially hiring , going for a toss
