There are a lot of opportunities for employees, especially entry level or inexperienced employees, to gain valuable experience in different areas of business. The culture is laid back, but has a definitely entrepreneurial spirit. It is definitely a team-oriented place as well, which leads to a lot of collaboration. The company has a free cafeteria, gym, and laundry room which is a unique perk.
Cons
Salaries can border on low, and the benefit packages are average with a high cost for insurance. Communication between departments could stand to improve as there can be a lot of confusion surrounding different projects or tasks that require input from multiple teams.
