Remote job. Management checks in with you. They help you feel like you’re always in the loop. They will always help clients to the best of their ability.

Pros

I worked at TN pre-covid and it was a pretty intense role. You learn a lot and they throw you in the fire right away. The people in the engineering department were really cool though, and it has a fun, 'start up', youthful vibe with very intelligent leadership.

Cons

Lots of late night code pushes - at least 2/3 per week and they can last until 11 PM. You also have to advocate really hard for a good salary - otherwise they'll pay you as little as they can.
