Pros

- free food - can work there with no professional experience (for career development program)

Cons

- Lack of company direction, competitors were way ahead of the curve in regards to innovation and brand awareness - CEO not focused and very disorganized - In all departments you become at will to any projects the CEO decides to give you, the company is run more like a family business than a corporation - Turnover rate was insane I saw so many people come and go over the past 8 months of working there - There was a lot of negative opinions about the company from employees who have been there many years - Underpaid is an understatement they pay way below the average salary for the position titles - There is absolutely no room for career growth - you are basically given a title that has nothing to do with the actual job - Poor management - Management was disorganized and only wanted to please the CEO even if it meant going against their beliefs! - Poor company structure - the way the company was laid out made absolutely no sense because there were so many "brands" under the domain of TicketNetwork.

Good Opportunities for Growth

Pros

TicketNetwork is a fast growing company with a lot of moving parts. There's a lot of opportunity to take on new things and continually learn more and grow within the company. Additionally, the people here are great to work with. I've had the pleasure of working with a number of different teams of intelligent, driven, and interesting people. Due to the innovative nature of the company, you have to stay on your toes and continually adapt, which keeps things interesting

Cons

As with any growing company there are areas for improvement. Pay is a bit low and the benefits are on the expensive side. That being said, there are a lot of amenities offered by the company (free food, free laundry and gym, renovated game room, etc.) that offset those things.

Good for a first job, not much else.

Pros

It's a good place to work with good benefits including free food. People are very friendly and have a good work life balance.

Cons

This is where it gets interesting. They pay their employees VERY poorly for the jobs they do. They generally hire people straight out of college and pay them way below what they are worth which means employee turnover is very high. On top of this there are next to no advancement opportunities, and it is incredible hard to get a raise.
