free breakfast, lunch & dinner, free laundromat, free animal farm, free garden with vegetables a vineyard & fruit trees, multiple discounts from mortgages to rental cars, casual dress, free game room, regular holiday parties, parties for kids & happy hours

Cons

not a lot of room for growth, company had to shut down because of the pandemic
