Used to be amazing.

Pros

It used to be an incredible place to work and grow. There's a cafeteria with good food, a gym, a farm.

Cons

It's taken a turn for much worse. Good talent is leaving, people who have been with the company a long time are either being gotten rid of or leaving of their own accord. There's not a clear statement of what is expected of you, and the compensation does not actually match he demands.
