Pros

The free provided food is a great perk that you won't find often in CT. You will be able to dip your hand in different areas which will help you learn so much. You will most likely find great people here and lasting friendships.

Cons

Low Pay. Turn over rate is ridiculous. So many people leave quickly, you will not find many employees that have worked here more than three years. The company cares about things that do not matter for example they did not offer even the tuition reimbursement even though it was promised but have many parties

Pros

Free food everyday onsite gym onsite free laundromat cool coworkers most of the call center management is nice and helpful The game room is pretty sweet

Cons

Required to come in even during severe weather and you will face repercussions if you do not show up. Tendency to hire unqualified workers for the sake of having a body in office Pay is pretty low considering a lot of the work required would be considered manager Tier Poor Communication from management Short handed most of the time Poor ventilation in call center, usually has a strong odor of B.O. Confusing attendance policy and usually takes advantage of the confusing verbiage and nature of the policy to put in employees in an uncomfortable position Passive aggressive work environment

Pros

Can learn programs like SQL and VBA. Learn advanced excel. Surrounded by brilliant people. Free food, laundry, company holiday parties. College atmosphere. Average age is 30 or so so young people.

Cons

Sketchy company. Huge turnover. Pay is poor. Job is not sustainable if you plan on actually doing something with your life. Stay here no more than 6 months and start looking for a more advanced job in your field.
