Working Hard...

Pros

Management seems to recognize and is working hard to show its employees how important we are to the success of the company. The company is bringing back things that we all enjoy. Company just announced increases in pay for employees and increased its minimum wage to $15.

Cons

Company expects it employees to work hard and that means more than 40 hours typically. Could use more flexibility in hours or remote work from home opportunities.

Pros

The cafeteria, plus gym and laundry perks and casual dress have always been great. Company culture as a whole has been improving recently, with more attention being paid to employee morale and more events and happy hours taking place. It's also a great place to meet friendly coworkers and feel part of a team.

Cons

Certain areas of the company have issues with disorganization and communication. Human resources does not actively respond to employee issues, making it seem like they do not care.
