Pros

The former management team of Infodeal (Turkey branch of TN) was exceptional in their role. Salaries were punctual, demonstrating their commitment to employee welfare. Their professionalism and seamless processes fostered a sense of belonging, making me eager for a long-term tenure here.

Cons

Turkish employees waited for their salaries in USD for more than 2 months despite all the misleading emails. The change of Infodeal's management was handled in the worst way possible. The company and the new director kept blaming their former employees for their ignorance about Turkey. Those who agreed to third-party payment received salaries in TL instead of the agreed USD, leading to tax investigations!
