Pros

Base salary is good if you work only 40 hours a week, which was never the case with my role during my time there. A minimum week is 60 and the hours could go up to 100 depending on the project. Bonus is not paid so you better know that in advance. Offer letters show a generous percentage to lure you in.

Cons

The vision of the product is good, but execution is beyond poor. Don’t get fooled by the fancy demos. The product is utterly awful and simply doesn’t work. Sales goals were never met during my time here. The CEO’s ego is bigger than Kanye West. Management is arrogant and treats the employees poorly. Multiple reviewers mentioned the CEO and management lied to the clients and employees. That is pretty accurate statement.

Pros

free lunch 4 days a week, though it's not very good. Wish we had Zesty, but management is too cheap.

Cons

Management and the company in general has absolutely no integrity. The product does not work. Plain and simple. There is no customer retention. Management is always talking about customers that left long ago, acting like they are still paying for the product... Ex customers who were conned onto the platform by management lying about the product's capabilities are leaving in droves now, much faster than they can con new ones to join. Mass layoffs plague the company, and most employees including myself are seeking the next opportunity as quickly as we can. This is no man's land, beware. This is the worst career experience I've ever had. Overworked, lied to, disorganized, focus on demo features, long weekends working on silly demos to attempt to con customers... It's horrible. Management shows its true character here on glassdoor by writing a bunch of fraudulent reviews every time a disgruntled employee writes a true 1 star review. Look back at the Glassdoor history--there will be no reviews for months, then a real review exposing this vile racket of a company to warn others from making the same mistake we made, and poof! There are 10 new 5 star reviews on the front page to drown out the real concerns. Please read all the reviews and dates and timelines and you'll see this disingenuous behavior for yourself. Let it be a warning of how this management operates.
