Pros

There is nothing good about working for this company.

Cons

- No training whatsover - You got coworkers that a guessing along they way and act like the know what they are doing -Director has insecurities and pushes it down to lower management (Micromanaged) -If you have 5+ years of real IT experience and know what you are doing dont even think about getting a job here. There are alot of other companies out there that will give you a job -There pay circle is designed to pay you less despite of your base salary -No bonus -Their health insurance is very expensive - Everything is breaking for this company -A lot of politics -Bad culture -The company is lossing customers everyday

Pros

Warm building to go into? I suppose.....

Cons

I have to let the world know about this horrible company. I've been over 30 years into my career now, and this is absolutely, by far, the most horrendous place I have ever been. Things couldn't get much worse, let's just say that. Management is derogatory, condescending, and narcissistic, with a hint of passive aggressiveness. Tierpoint calls itself a high tech company. That is a joke. their idea of security is to disable it when things don't work right- (They rarely do.) As other reviews have mentioned, they don't have enough people in the trenches fixing problems. Everyone is overburdened and worn out. The benefits are horrid. You would honestly get better benefits working at McDonalds. Check your offer letter if you get that far. If you are desperate for a job, skip over this one. If you think the Interview went well, read the negative reviews here and think again. People really are leaving by the boatload, and for good reason. The CEO is a slimeball who would rather keep a penny in his pocket than to toss one in the water fountain..... (He's a Billionaire--! Look it up.....) I'm about to throw in the towel. All the meetings say things are going great, they're getting better etc..... Nothing is getting better. This place runs on a shoestring. They could improve in literally thousands of ways, but they choose not to. I urge you to read the negative reviews here, and then make an informed decision about the poor choice you were about to make. It's 2020. Make this your year by not working at Tierpoint.

Rapidly growing and expanding company with strong leadership and management teams. Many opportunities for career advancement. Ability to touch many different technologies and provide custom solutions for customers. Great work-life balance, PTO, benefits and salary.

Cons

Limited company sponsored training Culture still seems a bit formal for the tech industry
