Pros

- Positive Company Culture is the foundation - Engaged, Proactive, Growth Mindset Management from Supervisors to C-Suite - Training and personal job growth are required, expected, and encouraged - Ample Internal Mobility - Transitioned to remote work pre-pandemic, didn't miss a beat

Cons

- To whom much is given, much is expected. All positions are highly demanding in requiring exceptional customer service along with job specific knowledge. You need to be at the top of your game to get in and stay in. It's not for everyone. This is good for the company, but can be an eye opener unless you know this coming in. - Market influence being what it is, things can change very quickly. Substantial effort is sometimes put toward Projects that fall well short of expectations.
