      Pros

      TierPoint has a great culture that empowers you to be your authentic self, skill up, and grow. The amount of role flexibility and work-life balance is phenomenal.

      Cons

      Overal maturity in the IT Consulting and Managed Services space. From Sales, and qualification to internal tracking, tools systems, and offers. TierPoint has a lot of growing to do. Stuck in SMB and smaller midmarket. It can be hard to impossible to break into true Corp or Enterprise accounts and types of deals. Lacking benefits compared to competitors in the space. Such as Profit Sharing, and extensive PTO, Healthcare is mediocre. Corp Credit Cards, Expenses, etc.

      Great benefits, little pressure, light work load

      Cons

      Too many people are in “cliques”. Not enough work for some of the employees so most of them take care of personal things or gossip.

      Great work from home flexibility. A lot of training opportunities.

      Cons

      A lot of change with middle and upper management. Not very many opportunities for advancement.
