Pros

Pros - The Company in my three yeas has shown growth and created opportunities in my role - The Company provides consistent communication, keeps current with industry standards - Allowing for growth in a professional manner. - The Company believes in work life balance and encourages time away from the office - The culture in very conducive between the business and its customers - Opportunities go well with the field of study and interests since I’ve joined - You get to work with small, medium, and large companies that use the highest - Quality devices, tools, and technologies. Our customers impact the world! - Since my joining three years ago on our team three have left for different roles - Please note they have stayed with the company which tells you how great it is. - The three new team members brought on our well trained and come with an educational - Background that works in our business/role

Cons

Cons Although there is not a perfect company that exists. Ours has seen strides of growth sustainability Updating where necessary. Opportunities are few and far between and there’s not a lot of push to Move someone up and assist with post-education or certifications. That’s really the only knock I see that wouldn’t be positive. Advice to Management I‘m proud to work at Tier-point LLC and see us headed to a long and profitable business future. I would say when an employee writes about themselves, management should remember to never discourage an individual because they are being honest. He or She may never see them in a different role even with mistakes made. Anything is always possible given the drive, passion, and time. Employees can achieve great things.

Our support teams in Omaha, NE, St. Louis, MO and Valley Forge, PA are an excellent place to get started with TierPoint for individuals who have a desire to work in a technical field and have a customer service mindset. They serve as frontline customer service employees who get to set the tone for many customer interactions. Additionally, these roles largely serve as educational opportunities to help learn the company & trade, as well as grow your skills to a position on an implementation or engineering team or within a Data Center. We are always looking to progress, and we will certainly examine the perception that there is no room to grow within the company outside of positions at Bellevue.

Cons

These can be both PRO and CON. - The company is very fast paced - Employees need to understand Mid-market and Enterprise expectations and cadence, and be able to match this to individual customers at all times. - Family Healthcare costs, but to be fair, they are going up almost everywhere

That is so important, isn’t it? There is a theme on this page regarding our fast-paced environment. There is no denying it, it is part of our DNA here. In terms of benefits, our HR team has successfully been able to negotiate no cost changes for medical insurance costs for two years in a row (2020 & 2021). That is something to celebrate!
