Pros

TierPoint may not be for the faint of heart, but if you are willing to put in the hard work, you will definitely see the rewards! Management does a great job of providing flexibility when needed and "doing the right thing" is always a priority. Vacation time is better than any of the companies I worked with in the past and health benefits are great. There are a few great employee programs that are really pushing a stronger overall culture throughout the company (which I know can be hard to do with people so spread out!). Most teams are very collaborative and leaders can be very empowering. I have had an overall great experience here so far.

Cons

No company is perfect, and TierPoint is no exception. If you are not comfortable with change or fast-paced environments, TierPoint might not be the best fit for you. Be ready to jump in and get your hands dirty!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at TierPoint. You are so spot on when you shared that “Doing The Right Thing” is priority. We have a company award call the Game Changer that was built on that concept as its foundation. We are a fast-paced environment and we DO welcome changes. Above all, we are a team of doers across our geographic footprint and that, in our opinion, is why change can be so evident at TierPoint!

There is nothing good about working for this company.

Cons

- No training whatsover - You got coworkers that a guessing along they way and act like the know what they are doing -Director has insecurities and pushes it down to lower management (Micromanaged) -If you have 5+ years of real IT experience and know what you are doing dont even think about getting a job here. There are alot of other companies out there that will give you a job -There pay circle is designed to pay you less despite of your base salary -No bonus -Their health insurance is very expensive - Everything is breaking for this company -A lot of politics -Bad culture -The company is lossing customers everyday
