Well you can easily tell which members of the HR team have falsified these reviews based on the wording used that's also used in their personal profile. "geographical footprint" "cohesive vision" etc. At least they've upped the anty with canned responses on here.

Cons

Everything. Nothing is consistent. They will drive you to fail if you didn't come from one of their legacy companies.

I am working with Tierpoint for almost 4 years now. I started my career as Junior tech and today I am a Network Engineer. If you really looking for a company where you can flourish you skills and learn more Tierpoint is the place. Management and HR will help you grow if you show progress in career path. Tierpoint have Senior skilled Engineers who will also help you understand techincal aspects of bussiness when you work on projects. Best thing about our managers are they have good technical background and will help you with projects. Its like a Family environment. I love waking up everyday and working with my team mates

Cons

For starters pay rate wont be that high but its decent. I wish it was a bit more.

Growing company, very rewarding if you are willing to put in the effort

Pros

Flexible work hours, ability to work from home, generous amount of PTO, paternity leave, drawings for local sporting events, and strong push for work/family life balance. If you are filling to put in the effort, you will be rewarded. I've been promoted 6 times which came with very nice salary increases. The new management team is very willing to listen to the employees in the trenches and take suggestions. Large recent investments in infrastructure and datacenter growth. Each day I learn something new or meet another brilliant engineer.

Cons

Several years ago TierPoint made several large acquisitions and there was a rough patch when all companies systems were consolidated into single systems. During this time there were several management and overall vision changes. This has been worked out and the company is in a much better place now. TierPoint has engineers and teams across the country. If you are not used to working with remote teams, this may take some time to get used to.
