Pros

Employee discount. Restaurant on site and good 401k.

Cons

They said our 2% commission would be 4% if the store makes the goal, but the goals are unrealistic. We almost never get it. When I was recruited they told me it would be at least half the time. There is also high turnover. Some client advisors get stuck selling on bad floors where sales are lower.

Pros

Brand desirability and industry clout.

Cons

The company culture has changed significantly for the worse. Ask anyone about the CEO, Anthony Ledru’s, history with the brand; he should not be where he is today. From the longest store hours on 5th Avenue, to working Christmas Day, and unattainable goals, the Little Blue Box seems to need an exorcism.

Pros

None that I can really think of.

Cons

Probably one of the worst places to work. The Tiffany service center in Queens NY does not portray any of the core values of Tiffany & Co. The people and culture in this specific location are toxic, low class & corrupt individuals. I’ve witnessed horrible things during my time there and I’m so relieved to be out of that building and on to better things.
