being one of the few woman of color at my location was already hard because my store didn't have much diversity. I worked with mostly Asians and caucasians, the asians would speak in their language when I was around which I found very unprofessional (even the manager would speak it with them) working at this location made me very uncomfortable not only because I was African American but also because my managers seemed to be confused about what my role was in the store which made me also feel unwanted

Horrible and hostile work environment. Senior Management should not consider themselves leaders in any way. They only care about the bottom line. They talk a big game about caring for their employees and have beautiful marketing material to promote it. The truth is their employees are at the bottom of their priority list. Good luck if you are truly ill and need time off. They will target you, give you a poor review and make your work life terrible until you are asked to leave or you are fortunate enough to leave on your own. I've seen multiple coworkers be impacted in this way. It's surprising there aren't more lawsuits pending their unlawful actions.
