      Pros

      discount (if you use it) catered lunch around the holidays generally lenient managers OK life-work balance Great pay

      Cons

      Several different managers who will tell you 1,000 different things Cruel customers Retail hours Applied to part-time but I work over 40 hours a week. Don't expect them to look at your schedule and plan accordingly if you have another job Managers always take sides of customers vs. employees Everyone is a brown noser Overall not a fun work environment and it's very very very stressful

      Stay Away from Internal Audit Department

      Pros

      The only pro is the Employee Discount, but you tend to not care about that anymore after working in that department.

      Cons

      The three musketeers (aka management) that have been occupying those management seats since the beginning of time need to be removed. There is 100% turnover at the staff level and it is due to working with incompetent managers that literally do no work. They can't even draft their own emails and add zero value to that department. That is the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced and it will not change until those 3 individuals are removed. There is no dollar amount that you could pay me to ever return to that company.

      Brand name is worldly recognized.

      Cons

      Very discriminatory and racist practices in performance reviews and promotions. No people of color in any leadership roles throughout company. Manufacturing leadership has unscrupulous practices.
