The employee discount along with the employee store

Cons

I feel that with the expansion of Tiffanys throughout Los Angeles has lessened it exclusivity. They have become Starbucks. The mall stores never had stock and made it very difficult to sale and make our goals. We live in an instant gratification society- people come in to make a purchase and walk out with a blue bag- why would we place the order for them when they can do it from home.

Great benefits. Room to grow. Good pay and discount. You will learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service.

Cons

Customers are very demanding. Management at times can be not around when asked for help. Can be stressful when there is not enough employees in one department.

Pros

Compensation is very generous, given the nature of the work. Benefits are excellent. You have the chance to really develop a relationship with your clients and have them enrich you. Cache and name help with closing sale.

Cons

If you've got a good management team that knows what they're doing, you're all set. If not, and you've got management that just wants suckups, then it's not fun. Just focus on doing your job and doing it well in that case and don't be one of the brown nosers.
