Cons
Toxic Talent/HR leaders (non-Chinese) remain in company without any accountability, regardless candid feedback or documentation of mistreatment. There's signs of workforce retaliation from leaders if employees express any concerns which is a huge concern considering this is happening in HR. Unfortunately, there are good managers/leaders but the bad ones pushes creates turnover, low moral and mistrust.
