None come to mind. All lies at recruitment stage.

Cons

Tick tock indeed. No middle management stays there beyond 18 months. A toxic place with low level sales people who need constant support real time via IM because they’re incapable of selling themselves. A bunch of back-stabbing millenials who think bosses are shrinks vs managers, and constantly report other staff members to an unethical HR. The company will fo anything not to pay ppl their full bonuses too; as they work 5 jobs vs the 1 they signed on for. The worst of corporate America and spying Beijing combined. They need to not operate in America anymore.

Early and late hours to accommodate for cross-functional partners around the world Exhausting performance review process twice a year Managers required to do forced distribution of performance scores, meaning both high and low performing teams expected to have the same number of under-performers and expectation-exceeders Extremely minimal communication from senior leaders, very busy schedules, no-shows for meetings No announcements of promotions or departures from the company as a general rule

Fast growing company. Can learn quite a few cutting edge technical solutions. Good pay, Good working environment.

Cons

RSU policy is toooo bad. You need to work with Asian RnDs, so need to have meetings with them during night. And the performance rating is within the whole team, including Chinese guys. And as we all know, they're working soooo hard. You'll get burned out to keep up with their pace.
