Cons

Incredibly high turnover - 8 managers within 2-3 years. Restructuring every other quarter Minimal movement horizontally across the company or vertically "Promotions" are considered role changes; therefore, you do not receive salary increases. It may have changed since I've been there, but most people who work here leave thinking the same thing.

You can travel a lot to other offices if you want to. Typical benefits: gym stipend, 401k matching, etc

Cons

There is no clear vision from upper management. There is a drop-everything-you're-doing-and-do-this-urgent-thing-instead attitude. They thing everything is urgent and the timelines don't make sense. I have worked at other big tech FAANG companies and the processes here do not exist. Not a good place if you are looking for any sort of growth (promotions nor skills). Mandatory in-office presence even if you don't have any teammates in your base city. Late night meetings to accomodate for China time zone.

- Below average working culture and WLB on a good team, and absolutely terrible working culture and WLB on a bad team - Many night meetings - No focus on growth at all, management just chases short term goals to show off in the review cycle - Poor tech practices - Performance theatre
