      - Fridays can be light and laid back - Every team is different, sports, food & bev, travel tend to be more laid back teams with better culture

      Cons

      - Every team is different, Fashion, beauty and health tend to be more intense a lot of pressure, a lot heavier workload - Even if you are exceeding quota, if you manager doesn't like you they will find reasons to put you on a PiP and/or push you out of the company - Lack of transparency with clients. It's a bad look when we are finding out things about the company in the news the same time our clients are. - Extremely hard to get a promotion

      - Competitive compensation - Great people (bellow management) - Good benefits (Meals, drinks/snacks, 401k, health)

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - No work life balance - Difficult to promote - Work around the clock 10+ hour days consistently (minimum expectation) - RTO5, No flexibility from management, but expect employees to be always available - Engineers in China will always be the golden child for management, constant comparison and unrealistic expectations. - Weaponize cultural tenants (byte style), leaders will pick-and-choose which ones are important in the moment and how they apply to their expectations or your performance. Always with the purpose of getting you to work longer and harder.

      Pros

      Good pay & Benefits. Coworkers for most part in a similar age range and good people to be around.

      Cons

      Managers, toxic culture, will never receive proper rating as managers are told to rate low. No room for growth and goals increase every qtr and are extremely unobtainable. RSU package is a scam and you will never see that money so be wary if that is a large chunk of you package. No one stays here longer than 1.5 years and those that have are looking and just have not landed a new opportunity yet.
