Pros

Fun environment and flexible work hours -- You also get to learn how to fix arcade machines, so that's cool. Nice staff and cushy hours.

Cons

No raises and low wages. Often times short-staffed and we didn't have the parts we needed due to company budget. We also had issues with keeping our redemption area stocked as the company would not allow us to order things.

Pros

I enjoyed that I made kid's birthday parties fun and enjoyable for both them and their families. That was my favorite part of the job.

Cons

No room for growth, no raises in 3 years of working there, catty management, scandals everywhere, angry customers because the games don't work, poor communication between upper management and stores, HR gives no feedback and does not side with company, very easy to get written up.

Work alone - no supervision Easy job, just clean up and watch the store

Cons

If there was ever a problem, you could not go to HR without them knowing who was making an anonymous complaint, because there is one person on staff.
