      Pros

      There are many things I love about Tipalti. It is one of the most diverse companies I have worked for. There is a strong Women of Tipalti and they are incredibly supportive of women in the workplace. Fast growing organization.

      Cons

      It is a fast growing organization so there are still a lot of processes being built out. Communication between departments could be better.

      Great tech stack, hybrid work model, young and vibrant workforce. Lunch ordering service for in-office days.

      Cons

      Company hits revenue objectives for 2022 "Growth on track with expectations, but not enough for investors expecting larger short-term gains" Lays off 11% of the workforce. Corporate greed and lack of care personified. Lack of clear strategy and support from management in helping teams hit objectives.
