- I honestly cannot think of any. Truly. Even with a critical eye.

Pros

Product solves a real pain, market is big, competitive positioning is good. Most of the people are professional and nice to work with. Facilities are great.

Cons

Compensation is bad. Upper management is not doing anything about it, despite of receiving negative feedback about this for a several years in a row. Spending budget on unnecessary events instead of proper equipment for employees. Toxic workers are not laid off because their direct manager likes them.
