      Best in class team. Best in class product. Unlimited market opportunity. Still a ton of innovation and product creativity and innovation to provide further value to our customers.

      Fast moving fintech startup in a high growth space -- lots of upside!

      Pros

      Fast growth business -- lots of opportunities for team members to move up in their careers and to take on new challenges. Completed recent funding round and are investing -- new/expanding office space, new CRO and new CHRO are examples.

      Cons

      Not a place to join if you are looking to hide on a big team. High bar for accountability and performance.

      Pros

      Great environment everyone is fairly new and trying to figure out the best process for selling the product. In addition there willing to help! Honestly, the best sales org I've been at training wise coupled with an A+ company culture!

      Cons

      There's no ramp!!!! We were told there was and simply isn't true. The only other con is the comp plan takes there are 4 stages before a rep can get there 10% ACV honestly reps should get 18-20% considering this fact!
