      Pros

      Great sales managers who listen and help when the newbies have questions. Truly an open door policy with upper management. New office space is nice and spacious. Lunch provided twice a week and a monthly happy hour. Pay is fine for my role and benefits are good.

      Cons

      It's a start-up so things are constantly changing. The product is good but hard to explain to certain people and explain the pain we solve.

      Not only do I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with, but I feel like my work actually matters - has a direct impact on the business - and that I am part of shaping a great company. I've worked at many young companies but never felt as confident that the company is going to make it big - world domination we call it! At Tipalti, I know, without a doubt, that we have enough talented and passionate folks to make it happen.

      Cons

      We are growing really fast - hiring a lot of sales folks at once - so everyone has to be agile and adaptable. However, I believe we are handling it well and that this is a good sign of business growth.

      Pros

      - Culture is great, everybody is friendly and high-performing - Strong employee investment in learning - Competitive salary - Although it is start-up, it is well organized with leadership that is investing in the appropriate infrastructure and business processes - Company is on a fantastic growth trajectory. The service provided is not a commodity and I think can be a game-changer in the space - New office space is great - free gym, catered lunch Mondays and Thursdays, snacks.

      Cons

      - The biggest con for me was the lack of office space and lengthy commute, but that changed last few weeks when we moved to a bigger space in San Mateo
