Good work-life balance, great technical progress & peers, bad high level managment
Pros
Tipalti is a family-oriented company, Techwise - the company proud itself on progressing and allowing employees to advance. Hybrid work - 3 days in the office, 2 at home Great people, it was a pleasure coming to the office, and I've worked in multiple sites.
Cons
Very strict financially, low food pay, disconnection between higher management and the rest (directors and below), leading to frustration. Being relatively cheap on the provided laptops leads to decreased performance. Techwise - a large monolith with many Microservices. If you are developing the monolith, you will suffer, and there are no current plans to break it. The pay isn't as competitive as it was. The base pay was always mid-low, But the shares used to be worthwhile, but no longer are.
