Few and far between, in office lunch, ok pay.

Cons

Product org is completely unaccountable and product hasn’t materially changed in two years from now. Tel Aviv office is so detached from the actual reality of selling and implementing product. No accountability, just passed from product manager to product manager. Time will tell if restructure has any impact. Nothing materially changed in the product, yet somehow product seem to congratulate themselves very month.

Good people in a space that is ripe for change There are a sprinkling of good members in middle management, though most have left at this point.

Cons

Executive staff Internal favoritism, particularly for Israeli employees Traditional corporate environment with little care for staff Huge internal rifts and lack of unity amongst departments Zero support for sales from other areas of the business Deal sizes completely dependent on an estimator that finance adjusts without notifying you As of 2025, they were going back and resizing deals you closed in 2023.
