      Friendly environment, good management, nice co-workers

      Cons

      Very busy and fast paced, often had to work late to get everything done, insane amount of emails.

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people to work with, good resources and the company has been innovative leaders in the industry.

      Cons

      Politics. Some of the high level management have demonstrated lip service, are biased, insincere and lack real leadership skills - meaning they do not inspire their staff and their morale is low.
