      Back when i was employed there, the company was growing. And, the doors of communication and sharing of ideas were open. And, office culture was a top priority which made the environment welcoming, exciting, and enjoyable amidst the dynamic changes that surrounded us.

      Perhaps the need for the provision of more opportunities to grow and advance.
