      Great company, you can tell they really care about the employees.

      Cons

      Do not work here if you don’t like to work hard. It takes time to find the work/life balance. But it is there.

      I can't think of any under the current leadership, especially its commerce and guest engineering leader

      Cons

      - The pay is not competitive. - The company lacks a clear direction and only likes to chase "shiny objects" - One of the "so-called" engineering leaders, who has created a very toxic culture within his org and keeps telling people "he has been a very senior leader for a long time" - he is not, only likes to hire from Square and treats them preferentially.
