That being said, hypergrowth is not always an easy journey. Sales is definitely a competitive career, but we by no means want anyone to feel as if it’s cut-throat.       Pros

      Toast is such a great company, there are so many ways to get involved outside of your current job title. Everyone is friends here, I even my roommate here!

      Cons

      I wish we got paid more the sales department is much different than others, make sure you fully understand the role you are applying too and how you get paid
