      A Bright Future for Toasters

      - Awesome people and staff - Motivating - Flexible schedule - Part-time/full-time options - Great pay & benefit options - Spectacular product

      Cons

      - Disorganized (improving as time goes on) - Lack of unity and flow between departments - SLOW at making decisions and getting things done. (hiring process especially) - Apparent confusion from management about their role and expectations

      I can't say enough good things about Toast. It's an amazing company with an amazing culture. The best career decision I have ever made was coming to Toast.

      It's growing so fast that it's hard to know everyone.

      Toast Is a Technology Company that Refuses to Use Technology

      Pros

      Toast is a premier tablet based restaurant POS on the market

      Cons

      Toast Management is comprised of people who have either never worked in the industry or have only worked for the outdated Micros. Salespeople are expected to prospect door to door, email prospecting is not accepted here. Management interferes in every deal by nickel-and-diming the customers. Also beware, Toast will NOT pay you your final commission check!

      Thank you for your feedback. As you know, we are very focused on continuous improvement as we grow and we have a very open communications style with the management team. In the past few months, we have put many programs throughout the business in place to support our growth, several which have been suggested and built by our employees.
