Pros

Tons to learn and numerous ways to contribute in fast growth environment. Start and dedicated management team.

Cons

Missing some key senior roles but have now added more experienced managers in Sales and Finance.

Great people, great culture, open environment to connect with people in different departments if you have questions or suggestions.

Cons

Due to the fact Toast is growing rapidly, there are times when things get lost in translation...management can be a little scatterbrained.

Pros

Great opportunity for career growth, largely a meritocracy. Extremely fun events and office atmosphere, cool to be working on android and in the restaurant / food space. Extreme dedication to customer success and depending on the team very collaborative. Also top notch hackathons and new office space / fenway area is a good time.

Cons

Extremely fast growing company which means: - while there is consideration for work/life balance, flextime, etc it is not a 9-5 gig.. which may be a pro or a con depending on the employee. - can be chaotic at times.
