      Pros

      Great people, great culture, open environment to connect with people in different departments if you have questions or suggestions.

      Cons

      Due to the fact Toast is growing rapidly, there are times when things get lost in translation...management can be a little scatterbrained.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for career growth, largely a meritocracy. Extremely fun events and office atmosphere, cool to be working on android and in the restaurant / food space. Extreme dedication to customer success and depending on the team very collaborative. Also top notch hackathons and new office space / fenway area is a good time.

      Cons

      Extremely fast growing company which means: - while there is consideration for work/life balance, flextime, etc it is not a 9-5 gig.. which may be a pro or a con depending on the employee. - can be chaotic at times.

      Great startup to work for

      Pros

      This startup company is definitely going places. I'm apart of a growing team, and everyone works their butts off. The great part is you can work from almost anywhere across the country.

      Cons

      I work remotely, so it is hard to Hague how well I'm doing in my position.
