Pros

Literally everything. They truly care about their employees. They do things to make It fun (trivia, how to classes, etc!) and treat you like an adult instead of a high schooler. Good pay Good benefits Flexible Friendly Great training Fun No micromanagement I could go on forever!

Cons

That I didn’t seek them out sooner :-)

Great company - Not so great role

Pros

- Company culture, even remote was wonderful - Good benefits - Great product resources for employees and clients - Leadership/management seemed genuine - Willing to invest in building tools to ease job functionality

Cons

- Not the most desirable customers to work with/ often demanding/unresponsive/ or tempered - Pay is not competitive - Role is very demanding. Need to be proficient in MANY tools, along with proprietary content and hardware/ networking. This often made it hard to deliver what the role asked - Goals were unobtainable - Lack of resources for internal processes
