Pros
Being a remote first company they give you a lot of freedom about how to manage your work and time. But that doesn't mean you are on your own, every piece of code is reviewed by your peers (and you review theirs as well even if it's your first week). Also you will always find someone to answer your questions and help you when you are stuck...
The expectations are high and be prepare to learn a lot along the way, even if it's a small company the peoples here are brillant and take pride in what they do.
Every opinion matters and you are encouraged to speak up about anything that seems important to you (programming, organization...). Also there are regular meetups around the world (about 4 or 5 every years) where you can meet your peers and bound, be prepare to travel...
Cons
Can be a little overwhelming at first if you never worked remote, it takes time to get used to it but dont worry everyone the same...
