Pros

With our large customer contracts, job security has been great. With my experience there has been no micromanaging.

Cons

I think that they could put a bigger focus on training. About 95% of what I learned was from on the job training which works but a more organized training center could help develop newer engineers better.

goes out of way to make sure you know we are doing the best we have but then says we are not able to kick down to the employee any bonus of sorts.

Cons

To big for its britches, does not take employee suggestions it is their way or no way. They buy up companies for their IP then find ways to dump employees. I worked for FSI for 25 years then was acquired by TEL and I was let go for no reason.
