Pros

-Teams can be a great asset -some great knowledge from senior FSE’s who have touched out the BS

Cons

-Low pay -Bad bonuses with record profit, bonus system hidden from employees, so you never know what you’re getting. -Bad absentee management! They show up in the morning but are gone by 9am… -Hillsboro is all about nepotism! -Safety is a joke, they hammer safety is #1 then write you up for raising concerns. -many concerning safety accidents with chemicals, hiding most of it from Intel! -many safety incidents of employees falling thru floor tiles. -failing up type company, keeping the ones who really work hard down. -write ups NEVER GO AWAY! Cause g you to be passed over and loose bonuses.
