Money over safety

Pros

Lots of travel, and associated points. The work is interesting and challenging.

Cons

They're only using temps, and depending on your agency, you'll get no PTO, no retirement benefits, and a load of bureaucratic headaches. They threw safety out the window to get TSMC's business. Despite constant complaints from field engineers, and almost daily safety incidents, management refuses to acknowledge the most dangerous site in the country.

Pros

Offers great opportunities if you can keep up. Bonuses are great. Plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Bonuses make up a large percentage of our pay, family benefits are very expensive, don't get injured unless you want to lose your job.
