Pros

Flexibility in job role. No micromanaging.

Cons

Little to no supervision or management. No career path. No rewards or success criteria. Can never keep up with the amount of work that needs to be done, regardless of overtime. Constant need for overtime.

Pros

Good co workers and decent management. Good bonuses lately.

Pros

-Morally conscious. I've been told to NEVER lie to a customer no matter the outcome. -Excellent training -Great people to work with -Good compensation -Fair medical benefits

Cons

-The company is losing a bit of its customer focus. Bean counters are pervading the "make customers happy" decisions. This used not to be the case. -0% travel or 95+% travel for field personnel. -The Medical/Dental used to be outstanding, now every year there is an erosion.
