Pros

Huge bonuses make up for low base pay but are only given out twice a year

Cons

Technical support positions are salary. In the wet etch department you will always work overtime without extra pay. Most of the time is spent doing FSE work that is not called for in your position nor what Japanese corporate demands. Wet etch was only department whose tech support will flip schedule every month

Pros

Some good employees. Fun place and work changes constantly.

Cons

Benefits keep getting cut. Pay raises don't keep up with cost of living. Middle managment is horrible. Only relatives and drinking buddies get promoted
