A lot of "Employee Perks" from the "Company" (Toll Brothers).... Benefits are ok.... Colleagues are friendly... A lot of ways to lighten stress from company events... Work-life balance.... Salary is OK, but no bonus....Sales and Operations work together which makes the process less intense and stressful...

Cons

(TBI MORTGAGE .....sister company of Toll Brothers) Lacking Diversity, Appears to meet the "Minimum" EEOC requirements for Minorities (from sales to post closing approx 6 African Americans in the Horsham Office) if appears to be different rules for "Certain" individuals ...Serious Micromanaging... If you have any issues (with management), please KNOW you have NO SUPPORT.....

I love my job working with the children, creating events, and employees were like family.

Cons

After developing cancer and having to take time off for treatments, I was harassed, given poor reviews by my manager who refused to report a sexual harassment report. When they want you out, HR backs the mangers and they find a way to get it done. My manager spoke horrible about the members and the children.
