After many years with the company, I had a very disturbing experience. I began working for a boss that is known to be abusive and had multiple employee complaints before I began working with him. I faced pressure to partake in behavior that went against my integrity on day one on the job by this abusive boss as a tactic to bully. Then faced retaliation and harassment for many months by this person and others following the incident. I reported these incidents to HR and Senior management. The company’s reaction was to protect this bad leader, gaslight me into believing I was “too critical” and then wage a campaign of bullying against me. I believe my life was made difficult so I would quit because my complaint made people “look bad”. The leadership in place truly does not care about making the company a better place to work, culture or their employees. They are all very self obsessed and egotistical and consumed with thoughts of protecting/advancing their own careers. I ultimately left because I couldn’t deal with the ongoing harassment. This is not a safe place to invest your career because their is no loyalty or protection if your find yourself in an abusive situation.
