Beautiful enviroment although noone is happy! The company sets the stage for employees to be competitive and backstabbing because they fear for their jobs!!

Cons

Walmart business ethic! Nonone is valuable to them. You are replaceable! Do t hink you are not. Continue to look for a job while employed with Toll Bros, they have a high turnover rate.

I enjoyed my time with Toll for 8 years. They did not hold me back from doing what I do best and be creative.

Pros

When working with a Project Manager that was open to allowing you to be creative, supported your ideas it was a great placed to go to work. When I saw the potential for changes that I thought would sell, most Management remained open. I worked there when the lines went out the door and when you waited for the 3 might come in each week, so I experienced both sides of the track.

Cons

The pay scale for Toll Brothers does not match that of the other Builders in the area.

Brand Recognition --even if not justly deserved

Cons

Management takes no responsibility and is purely reactionary. All problems will be passed down the chain as far as possible. All concerns will never go "Up" to anyone who cares. So many layers of bureaucracy that it's impossible to make things better. I experienced so much retaliation for merely pointing these things out. If an issue was raised, the standard was response was, "Maybe, you're the real problem."
