Pros
Unfortunately, there aren’t many pros. The pay is okay.
Cons
- benefits are not the best (if you’re married, you have to pay a surcharge — which the company does NOT have to charge) - taking time off is frowned upon - if you’re sick, good luck, they’ll call you anyways - nobody in the company is motivated because of the toxic work culture - “directors” and other upper management are clueless and only care to impress investors in order to keep their jobs - their idea of work culture is a website - if you are looking for a job in the apartment living division, don’t be fooled by the “great places to work” — that’s only for the home division .. the apartment living division is chaotic and will have you going to therapy for how horrible they treat you - if you’re looking for MORE than a job, go elsewhere, toll brothers does the minimum to invest in their talent, they’re cheap and could care less
