      Pros

      Earned $100,000 my first year and 3 years in earning over $200,000. Have grown my own team. I have grown and developed personally, professionally, and emotionally more than I ever could have imagined. I truly feel like I belong to a family. This will be my last job.

      Cons

      Time and energy intensive to build business and clientele. Basically I am an entrepreneur but with the TJ overhead and all that comes with it.

      Pros

      Tom James is very big on personal development. It truly believes in building people and that people build the company. You will also find an environment where responsibility is quickly given and where leadership opportunities are available from year 1 on based upon performance and not politics.

      Cons

      It is part of an intensive training program so that our new partners achieve a successful start in their career, however that also requires long hours, especially during the first 1 -2 years.

      Not necessarily a con - you're building a business from the ground up. It requires hard work, long hours, and frustrating days. But if you do what is asked, it is extremely rewarding. You just have to stay.
